Summary
<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch C020 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Vereinfachung des Gerichtsvollzieherkostenrechts sowie Erhöhung der Kostendeckungsquote der Länder, Wegfall nicht mehr benötigter Gebührentatbestände, Auslagenpauschale für Kleinbeträge und Pauschalierung von Gebühren, Wegfall von Verordnungsermächtigungen; Neufassung des Gerichtsvollzieherkostengesetzes - GrKostG -, Änderung weiterer neun Gesetze, Regelung betr. die Umstellung auf Euro. Dem Bund entstehen nur geringe Kosten, die Länder werden von Kosten entlastet. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Begrenzung der Auslagenfreiheit bei der Räumungsvollstreckung für Bund und Länder auf einheitlich 10000 DM, Erhöhung der Gebühren für die Auslagenpauschale u.a.m. <br><br><b>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</b> Anhebung der Gebühren für erledigte und unerledigte Amtshandlungen. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Gerichtskostengesetz/Änderung §§ 3, 12a, 61 und 65 sowie Anl 1 GKG betr. Gerichtsvollzieherkosten * Kostenordnung/Änderung §§ 31a, 86, 136, 137 und 153 KostO betr.
