<b>Bezug:</b> Zweites Vermögensrechtsänderungsgesetz, BGBl I 1992, Nr. 33 S. 1257 (s. GESTA 12.WP 1-C74), Sachenrechtsänderungsgesetz, BGBl I 1994, Nr. 63 S. 2457 (s. GESTA 12.WP 1-C128) Beschluss des Bundesverfassungsgerichts vom 8.4.1998 (1 BvR 1680/93) zur Regelung des Art. 233 § 2a Abs. 8 EGBGB i.d.F. des Sachenrechtsänderungsgesetzes <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Einführung eines gesetzlichen Anspruchs des Grundstückseigentümers gegen den nach dem sachenrechtlichen Moratorium gem. Zweites Vermögensrechtsänderungsgesetz zum Besitz des Grundstücks Berechtigten auf Zahlung von Nutzungsentgelt für den betroffenen Zeitraum (22.7.1992 bis 31.12.1994), technische Änderungen im Immobilienrecht der neuen Ländern, Zuständigkeitsregelungen im Hinblick auf die Umstrukturierung der Bundesanstalt für vereinigungsbedingte Sonderaufgaben; Änderung §§ 2, 3 und 30a Vermögensgesetz, § 10 Entschädigungsgesetz, §§ 8 und 10 Grundstücksverkehrsordnung, Anfügung § 10 Art. 231 und Änderung Art. 233 §§ 2a und 2b Einführungsgesetz zum Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch, Änderung § 15 Grundbuchbereinigungsgesetz und § 20b Parteiengesetz der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik.
