<strong>Bezug:</strong> Der Gesetzentwurf ist textidentisch mit dem Entwurf der Fraktionen der SPD und B90/GR auf BT-Drs 14/3369 F009; siehe auch F004 und F011<br /> <br /> <strong>Europäische Impulse:</strong> Geplante Verordnung des EP und des Rates zur Einführung eines Systems zur Kennzeichnung und Registrierung von Rindern und über die Etikettierung von Rindfleisch und Rindfleischerzeugnissen sowie zur Aufhebung der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 820/97<br /> <br /> <strong>Inhalt:</strong> Änderung versch. §§ Rindfleischetikettierungsgesetz: Anpassung des Gesetzes an das geplante obligatorische Etikettierungssystem für Rindfleisch innerhalb der EU; Neufassungsermächtigung. Es entstehen keine nennenswerten zusätzlichen Kosten.<br /> <br /> <strong>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</strong> Zusammengeführt mit der BT-Initiative auf Drs 14/3369 (s. GESTA F009); Regelungen zur Überwachung der Einhaltung der genehmigten Etikettierungssysteme.<br /> <br /> <strong>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</strong> Zuständigkeitsregelung für die Überwachung, u.a. Ermächtigung der Landesbehörden zur Übertragung auf private Kontrollstellen.<br /> <br /> <strong>Nebenschlagwörter:</strong> Rechtsangleichung in der EU/Anpassung des Rindfleischetikettierungsgesetzes an EU-Vorschriften
