<b>Bezug:</b> Urteil des Bundesverfassungsgerichts vom 1. Juli 1998 (BVerfGE 98, 169, 200ff) zur Gefangenenentlohnung Siehe auch C096, C098 und C108 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Neuregelung der Gefangenenentlohnung nach den Vorgaben des Bundesverfassungsgerichts: Erhöhung des Bezugsgrößenanteils gem. § 18 4. Buch Sozialgesetzbuch von 5 auf 15 v.H., keine Differenzierung zwischen Straf- und Untersuchungsgefangenen, Einbeziehung von Gefangenen in Aus- und Weiterbildung; Änderung versch. §§ Strafvollzugsgesetz. Den Ländern entstehen jährliche Mehrausgaben in Höhe von 229 Mio. DM. <br><br><b>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</b> Ergänzung der monetären Regelung für die Gefangenenentlohnung durch nicht-monetäre Regelungen (Arbeitsurlaub, vorzeitige Entlassung etc. ). <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Strafgefangener/Neuregelung der Gefangenenentlohnung * Untersuchungshaft/Neuregelung der Gefangenenentlohnung * Arbeitsentgelt/Neuregelung der Gefangenenentlohnung
