<b>Bezug:</b> Entschließung des Bundesrates anläßlich des Vermittlungsverfahrens zum Steuersenkungsgesetz vom 14. Juli 2000 auf BR Drs 410/2/00 (s. D047) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Weitere Steuerentlastungen, insbesondere für die mittelständische Wirtschaft, Senkung des Spitzensteuersatzes der Einkommensteuer auf 42 v.H. zum 1. Januar 2005, halber durchschnittlicher Steuersatz für Gewinne aus Betriebsveräußerungen oder Betriebsaufgaben zur Absicherung der Altersversorgung des Unternehmens; Änderung § 52 Einkommensteuergesetz; Neufassungsermächtigung. Es entstehen Steuermindereinnahmen zwischen 1,1 Mrd DM (2001) und 6,8 Mrd DM (2006). <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Vollständige Umformulierung des Gesetzentwurfs aufgrund einer vom Bundesministerium der Justiz durchgeführten Rechtsförmlichkeitsprüfung; Änderung § 34 Einkommensteuergesetz sowie Art. 1 Nr. 40 Steuersenkungsgesetz. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Steuersenkungsgesetz/Gesetz zur Ergänzung des Steuersenkungsgesetzes * Einkommensteuergesetz/Änderung § 52 EStG betr.
