Summary

<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch D093 <br><br><b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Art. 8 Richtlinie 92/81/EWG vom 19. Oktober 1992 zur Harmonisierung der Verbrauchsteuern auf Mineralöle (ABl Nr. L 316 S. 1) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Einführung einer teilweisen Vergütung der Mineralölsteuer für Betriebe der Land- und Forstwirtschaft (0,23 DM im Jahre 2001, 0,35 DM im Jahre 2003), u.a. zum Ausgleich von Wettbewerbsunterschieden in der EU, Gleichstellung des Schüler- und Behindertenverkehrs mit dem Öffentlichen Personennahverkehr; Änderung § 25 sowie Einfügung §§ 25b bis 25d Mineralölsteuergesetz, Aufhebung des Landwirtschafts- Gasölverwendungsgesetzes. Es entstehen Steuermindereinnahmen in Höhe von 700 Mio DM pro Jahr. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Redaktionelle Änderungen, Einbeziehung der Imkerei in die Steuervergütung. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Landwirtschafts-Gasölverwendungsgesetz/Aufhebung durch Agrardieselgesetz * Mineralölsteuergesetz/Änderung § 25, Einfügung §§ 25b bis 25d MinöStG betr.
