<b>Bezug:</b> Gesetz zur Neuregelung der Rechtsstellung der Abgeordneten, BGBl I 1995, Nr. 65 S. 1718 (s. GESTA 13.WP 1-B43) Siehe auch B033, B063, B064 und B087 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung §§ 11, 30 und 35a Abgeordnetengesetz: Anhebung der Abgeordnetenentschädigung ab dem 1.1.2001 in drei Jahresschritten von je 1,9 v.H., für die Übergangszeit der zweiten Jahreshälfte 2000 preissteigerungsbedingt um 0,6 v.H., Anpassung des fiktiven Bemessungsbetrags für die Altersentschädigung nach dem Übergangsrecht. Im Haushaltsjahr 2000 entstehen Kosten von 0,5 Mio DM, im Haushaltsjahr 2001 Kosten von 3,0 Mio DM. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Diäten/Anhebung der Abgeordnetenentschädigung * Altersversorgung/ Anpassung des fiktiven Bemessungsbetrags für die Altersentschädigung der Abgeordneten
