<b>Bezug:</b> Art. 3 Nr. 1 Gesetz zur Änderung der Gewerbeordnung und sonstiger gewerberechtlicher Vorschriften, BGBl I 1994, Nr. 83 S. 3475 (s. GESTA 12.WP 1-E27) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Klarstellung der Verpflichtung von Gastwirten zur Abgabe mindestens eines preiswerten alkoholfreien Getränks: Änderung §§ 6 und 28 Gaststättengesetz. Es entstehen keine zusätzlichen Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Titeländerung (eingebracht als: Gesetz zur Änderung des Gaststättengesetzes); Änderung §§ 149, 150a und 153 Gewerbeordnung: Verdopplung des Grenzwertes für die Eintragung ins Gewerbezentralregister; Änderung sozialrechtlicher Bestimmungen. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Alkoholfreies Getränk/Verpflichtung von Gastwirten zur Abgabe mindestens eines preiswerten alkoholfreien Getränks * Gewerbeordnung/ Änderung §§ 149, 150a und 153 GewO betr.
