Summary

Bezug: Entscheidungen des Bundesverfassungsgerichts zum Verhältnis von Pressefreiheit und Strafverfolgung (BVerfGE 19, 342, 347; 20, 45, 49 u.a.m.) Siehe auch C064 Inhalt: Aufhebung der Unterscheidung zwischen selbsterarbeiteten und von Dritten stammenden Unterlagen beim Zeugnisverweigerungsrecht für Medienmitarbeiter, Beschlagnahmeverbot auch für andere Medienerzeugnisse als periodische Druckwerke und Rundfunksendungen, insbesondere Monographien, IuK-Dienste und Filmberichte, Ausnahme bei Aussagen zur Aufklärung von Straftaten, die eine Mindeststrafe von einem Jahr vorsehen, Beweiserhebungsverbot bei nicht im Strafverfahren gemachten Aussagen; Änderung §§ 53, 53a und 97 Strafprozessordnung sowie von § 44b Wirtschaftsprüferordnung. Es entstehen keine Kosten. Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren: Ausnahmen vom erweiterten Zeugnisverweigerungsrecht bei weiteren Straftaten: Friedensverrat, Gefährdung des demokratischen Rechtsstaates, Landesverrat, Gefährdung der äußeren Sicherheit, Geldwäsche sowie Straftaten gegen die sexuelle Selbstbestimmung.
