<b>Bezug:</b> Nachfolgeregelung zum § 12 Fernmeldeanlagengesetz s.a. C067 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Einordnung der Auskunftspflicht über Telekommunikationsverbindungsdaten in die Strafprozessordnung, Anhebung der Auskunftsschwelle, Präzisierung der von den verpflichteten Dienstanbietern mitzuteilenden Informationen, Harmonisierung mit den Regelungen zur Überwachung des Telekommunikationsverkehrs, u.a. Bestätigung der Anordnung einer Staatsanwaltschaft durch einen Richter innerhalb von drei Tagen, Zulassung der Auskunftsanordnung über zukünftig gespeicherte Telekommunikationsdaten, Befristung der Regelung bis zum 31. Dezember 2004; Einfügung der §§ 100g und 100h Strafprozessordnung. Es entstehen keine Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Unverzügliche Auskunfterteilung durch die Betreiber von Kommunikationsanlagen, Angabe von Namen und Anschrift des Betroffenen bei der Auskunftsanordnung, Beweiserhebungsverbote bei der Kommunikation von Geistlichen, Strafverteidigern und Parlamentariern. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Brief-, Post- und Fernmeldegeheimnis/Nachfolgeregelung für § 12 Fernmeldeanlagengesetz betr.
