Summary
<b>Bezug:</b> Terroristische Anschläge vom 11. September 2001 in den USA Sofortmaßnahmen der Bundesregierung zur Bekämpfung des Terrorismus Siehe auch B093 und C174 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Erhöhung der Tabaksteuer um zwei Cents pro Zigarette und der Versicherungsteuer um einen Prozentpunkt zur Finanzierung von Maßnahmen zur Bekämpfung des internationalen Terrorismus; Änderung §§ 4 und 32 Tabaksteuergesetz, § 6 Versicherungsteuergesetz sowie von § 4 Versicherungsteuer-Durchführungsverordnung; Neufassungsermächtigung. Der Bund erzielt zwischen 2002 und 2005 Steuermehreinnahmen in Höhe von 1,5 bis 2,1 Mrd. Euro. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Anhebung der Tabaksteuer in zwei Stufen wegen Umstellungsschwierigkeiten der Zigarettenindustrie und der Automatenaufsteller. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Tabaksteuergesetz/Änderung §§ 4 und 32 TabStG betr.
