<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch F014, F015 und M005 <br><br><b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Aufforderung der Europäischen Kommission, die Zulassung deutscher Betriebe bei Lieferung von BSE-Risikomaterial zu widerrufen <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung und Ergänzung versch. §§ Fleischhygienegesetz und Fleischhygiene-Verordnung im Zusammenhang mit der BSE-Krise: Widerruf der EG-Zulassung von Fleischlieferbetrieben auch bei persönlicher Unzuverlässigkeit des Inhabers, Maßnahmen im Schlachtbetrieb nach Feststellung von BSE bei einem geschlachteten Rind, Ausfuhrverbote (Verordnungsermächtigung). Dem Bund entstehen keine, Ländern und Gemeinden derzeit nicht quantifizierbare Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Titeländerung (eingebracht als: 3. Gesetz zur Änderung des Fleischhygienegesetzes); Ermöglichung der Ahndung von Verstößen gegen unmittelbar geltendes Recht der EU; Änderung §§ 10 und 29 sowie Einfügung §§ 30a bis 30d Geflügelfleischhygienegesetz, Änderung der §§ 2 und 73 Tierseuchengesetz. <br><br><b>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</b> Änderung § 69, Einfügung § 72c Tierseuchengesetz: Entschädigungsregelung für Tierverluste auf Grund unmittelbar geltender Vorschriften in Rechtsakten der Europäischen Gemeinschaft. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> BSE/Maßnahmen gegen BSE * Fleischwirtschaft/Widerruf der EG- Zulassung bei persönlicher Unzuverlässigkeit des Inhabers * Schlachtbetrieb/Maßnahmen nach Feststellung von BSE bei einem geschlachteten Rind * Rind/Maßnahmen nach Feststellung von BSE bei einem geschlachteten Rind * Ausfuhrbeschränkung/Verbringungsverbot bei BSE * Geflügelfleischhygienegesetz/Änderung §§ 10 und 29, Einfügung §§ 30a bis 30d GFlHG betr.
