<b>Inhalt:</b> Stärkung des Bundeseinflusses auf die Gremien der Bank, Ausübung der staatlichen Aufsicht nicht mehr durch den Kommissar der Bundesregierung sondern durch das Bundesministerium für Verbraucherschutz, Ernährung und Landwirtschaft; Änderung versch. §§ Gesetz über die Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank; Neufassungsermächtigung. Es entstehen keine Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Redaktionelle Anpassung an eine zwischenzeitlich vorgenommene Gesetzesänderung. <br><br><b>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</b> Ergänzende Zuständigkeit der Länder bei der Förderung durch die Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank, drei Landwirtschaftsminister der Länder im Verwaltungsrat. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Agrarkredit/Neuorganisation der Landwirtschaftlichen Rentenbank * Bundesministerium für Verbraucherschutz, Ernährung und Landwirtschaft/Aufsicht des BMVEL über die Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank
