Summary

<b>Bezug:</b> Forderungen des Bundesrechnungshofes und des Rechnungsprüfungsausschusses des Haushaltsausschusses nach Prüfung der Unterstellung der Zollfahndungsämter unter die Oberfinanzdirektionen <br><br><b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Verordnung Nr. 2988/95 des Rates vom 18. Dezember 1995 über den Schutz der finanziellen Interessen der Europäischen Gemeinschaften (ABl Nr. L 312 S. 1), EG-Geldwäsche-Richtlinie u.a. <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Erweiterung der Befugnisse des Zollkriminalamts im präventiven Bereich, Unterstellung der regionalen Zollfahndungsämter unter das Zollkriminalamt bei gleichzeitiger Umwandlung in eine Mittelbehörde, bereichsspezifische Datenschutzregelungen; Gesetz über das Zollkriminalamt und die Zollfahndungsämter (Zollfahndungsdienstgesetz - ZFdG) als Art. 1 der Vorlage, Änderungen in neun weiteren Gesetzen. Das Gesetz könnte zu nicht bezifferbaren Mehrausgaben durch Vollzugsaufwand führen. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Erweiterung der Befugnisse des Zollkriminalamts bei Ermittlungen, direkte Datenübermittlung an die zuständigen Polizeidienststellen, kein Beweisverwertungsverbot bei zu präventiven Zwecken ermittelten Ergebnissen. <br><br><b>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</b> Weitergabe personenbezogener Daten über Zeugen, Hinweisgeber etc. auch an Polizeibehörden. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Zollfahndungsdienstgesetz/Gesetz über das Zollkriminalamt und die Zollfahndungsämter (Zollfahndungsdienstgesetz) als Art. 1 Zollfahndungsneuregelungsgesetz * Zollkriminalamt/Gesetz über das Zollkriminalamt und die Zollfahndungsämter als Art. 1 Zollfahndungsneuregelungsgesetz * Datenschutz/Datenschutzregelung für den Zollfahndungsdienst * Finanzverwaltungsgesetz/Änderung §§ 1, 7 und 8, Aufhebung § 5a FVG betr.
