Summary
<b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Vorgaben des Gemeinschaftsrechts <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Vereinfachung bestehender Erhebungen im Agrarbereich, u. a. gemeinsame Erhebungen und Verwendung vorhandener Verwaltungsdaten, Anschlussregelung für befristet ausgesetzte Erhebungen, Anordnung einer Binnenfischereierhebung 2004 und einer Gartenbauerhebung 2005, Möglichkeit der Übertragung von Regelungsbefugnissen bei der Durchführung der Gemeinsamen Marktorganisationen auf oberste Landesbehörden; Änderung zahlreicher §§ Agrarstatistikgesetz sowie des § 6 Gesetz zur Durchführung der Gemeinsamen Marktorganisationen; Neufassungsermächtigung. Das Gesetz führt zu jährlichen Minderausgaben in Höhe von 0,5 Mio. Euro, denen einmalige Kosten in Höhe von 0,3 Mio.
