<b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Richtlinie 2000/53/EG über Altfahrzeuge vom 18.September 2000 (ABl. EG Nr. L 269, 21.10.2000, S. 34) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Umsetzung des EU-Rechtsrahmens über die Entsorgung von Altfahrzeugen unter Berücksichtigung der Produktverantwortung des Herstellers: Anwendung auf Personenkraftwagen und leichte Nutzfahrzeuge, unentgeltliche Zurückgabe von Altfahrzeugen durch den Letzthalter ab 2007, Umweltstandards, u.a. Festlegung von Verwertungsanteilen und -zielen, Verbot der Verwendung bestimmter Schwermetalle im Fahrzeugbau, Klarstellungen betr. den Vollzug bestehender Verwertungsvorschriften; Einfügung von Art. 53 Einführungsgesetz zum Handelsgesetzbuch, Änderung und Ergänzung versch. §§ Altauto- Verordnung, Änderung §§ 6 und 52 Einkommensteuergesetz, §§ 27a und 69a Straßenverkehrs-Zulassungs-Ordnung sowie der Anlage zu § 1 Gebührenordnung für Maßnahmen im Straßenverkehr. Im Entstehungsjahr 2002 ergeben sich Steuermindereinnahmen in Höhe von 248 Mio. Euro, die sich in den Folgejahren verringern. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Klarstellungen bei Begriffsdefinitionen, Regelungen zu den Rücknahmepflichten der Fahrzeughersteller und gewerblichen Importeure, Klarstellungen im Anhang der Altfahrzeug-Verordnung; Änderung § 1 Transportgenehmigungsverordnung sowie von Anlage 2 Abfallwirtschaftskonzept- und -bilanzverordnung; Umbenennung der Altauto-Verordnung in Altfahrzeug-Verordnung; Neufassungsermächtigung. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Entsorgung/Gesetz über die Entsorgung von Altfahrzeugen (Altfahrzeug- Gesetz) * Einführungsgesetz zum Handelsgesetzbuch/Einfügung Art. 53 EGHGB betr.
