Summary
<b>Inhalt:</b> Regelung der Voraussetzungen für die im öffentlichen Bereich ausgeübten Tätigkeiten des Bewachungsgewerbes unter Wahrung des staatlichen Gewaltmonopols, Beschränkung der Befugnisse auf privatrechtlich übertragene Aufgaben und die sog. Jedermannsrechte, Einführung einer Sachkundeprüfung, Verschärfung der Zuverlässigkeitsprüfung sowie von datenschutz- und waffenrechtlichen Vorgaben, Verpflichtung zum Tragen von Namensschildern in bestimmten öffentlich zugänglichen Räumen; Änderung der §§ 34a und 144 Gewerbeordnung sowie versch. §§ Bewachungsordnung; Neufassungsermächtigung. Es entstehen geringe Kosten durch Vollzugsaufwand bei den Gemeinden. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Regelung der Überlassung von Schusswaffen an Wachpersonen, Datenschutzregelungen. <br><br><b>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</b> Gewährleistung der Berufsfreiheit bei der Unterrichtung durch Schulen des Bewachungsgewerbes, Verwendung von Kennnummern anstelle von Namensschildern. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Gewerbeordnung/Änderung §§ 34a und 144 GewO betr.
