Februar 2000 (BVerfGE 102, 26 ff) Siehe auch F016<br /> <br /> <strong>Europäische Impulse:</strong> Richtlinie 90/167/EWG (EU-Fütterungsarzneimittelrichtlinie)<br /> <br /> <strong>Inhalt:</strong> Stärkere Überwachung des Verkehrs mit Tierarzneimitteln, Minimierung des Arzneimittelbestandes beim Tierhalter und Stärkung der Stellung des Tierarztes bei der Arzneimittelabgabe, Verbesserung der Qualität von Tierarzneimitteln, Umsetzung der EU- Fütterungsarzneimittelrichtlinie in deutsches Recht; Änderung versch. §§ Gesetz über den Verkehr mit Arzneimitteln, Änderung und Einfügung versch. §§ Verordnung über tierärztliche Hausapotheken, Änderung § 4 Verordnung über Nachweispflichten für Arzneimittel, die zur Anwendung bei Tieren bestimmt sind, Neufassungsermächtigung.<br /> <br /> <strong>Änderungen durch BR-Beschluss:</strong> Titeländerung (eingebracht als: Gesetz zur Neuordnung tierarzneimittelrechtlicher Vorschriften (Tierarzneimittel-Neuordnungsgesetz - TAM-NOG)); Einführung von Übergangsfristen, Änderung von Anlagen (Formulare und Vordrucke), Änderung §§ 4 und 8 Verordnung über apothekenpflichtige und freiverkäufliche Arzneimittel betr. Herausnahme der Brieftauben aus dem Bereich der Heimtiere. Der Wirtschaft entstehen geringe Mehrkosten.<br /> <br /> <strong>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</strong> Titeländerung (eingebracht als: Gesetz zur Änderung tierarzneimittelrechtlicher Vorschriften); umfassende Neuformulierung des Entwurfs unter Beschränkung auf die Regelungskompetenz des Bundes, u.a.
