Bezug: Ergebnis der Unfalluntersuchung des Explosionsunglücks in Enschede/ Niederlande Europäische Impulse: Richtlinie 93/15/EWG des Rates vom 5.4.1993 zur Harmonisierung der Bestimmungen über das Inverkehrbringen und die Kontrolle von Explosivstoffen für zivile Zwecke Inhalt: Anpassung und Ergänzung der Bestimmungen über das Identifikationszeichen, über das Verbringen, die Lagergruppenzuordnung und die Altzulassungen im Sprengstoffgesetz sowie in der Ersten und Zweiten Verordnung zum Sprengstoffgesetz, weitere Anpassung an Vorgaben des europäischen Rechts; Neufassungsermächtigung. Den öffentlichen Haushalten entstehen keine Kosten. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Änderung der Anlage -Gebührenverzeichnis- der Kostenverordnung zum Sprengstoffgesetz.
