Oktober 2001 Siehe auch D126, J002 und J049 Der Gesetzentwurf ist textidentisch mit dem vom Land Schleswig- Holstein beim Bundesrat eingebrachten Gesetzesantrag auf BR Drs 296/ 02 J050 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung der §§ 5, 6 und 8 Regionalisierungsgesetz: Zuweisung von 6,745 Mrd. Euro aus dem Mineralölsteueraufkommen an die Länder für 2002, jährliche Anhebung ab 2003 um 1,3 v.H., Verteilung der Mittel nach dem auf der Verkehrsministerkonferenz der Länder am 10./11. Oktober 2001 festgelegten Schlüssel, Überprüfung im Jahre 2007; Neufassungsermächtigung.
