<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch D036 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung der §§ 65 und 66 Gesetz über das Branntweinmonopol: Ermöglichung von Einsparungen beim Branntweinmonopol (Reduzierung der Kartoffelalkoholerzeugung) durch Anwendung des für Kartoffelbrennereien vorgeschriebenen Rohstoffmixes (Triticale) auf die Gesamtzahl der Kartoffelbrennereien, Zuschlag zum Branntweinübernahmepreis für Brennereien, die mehr als 60 v.H. Kartoffeln verarbeiten, bei Erreichen des Gesamtziels. Das Gesetz erfordert keine zusätzlichen Haushaltsmittel. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Ansetzung der tatsächlich für die Brennerei genutzten landwirtschaftlichen Nutzfläche als Maßstab für die Mindestmenge für Schlempeabnahme und Rohstoffanlieferung. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Brennerei/Einsparziele bei Kartoffelbrennereien * Landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche/Tatsächliche LNF als Berechnungsgrundlage für Rohstoffanlieferung durch Brennereien
