<b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Richtlinie 2001/37/EG über die Herstellung, die Aufmachung und den Verkauf von Tabakerzeugnissen vom 5. Juni 2001; Verordnung (EG) Nr. 178/2002 zur Festlegung der allgemeinen Grundsätze und Anforderungen des Lebensmittelrechts, zur Errichtung der Europäischen Behörde für Lebensmittelsicherheit und Festlegung von Verfahren zur Lebensmittelsicherheit (ABl Nr. L 31 S.1) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Umfassende Regelung der Sachkundeanforderungen für mit der Futtermittelüberwachung betrautes Personal, Umsetzung von Verbraucherschutzvorschriften der EU für Tabakerzeugnisse in deutsches Recht, Erweiterung der Agrarstatistik um Daten aus dem ökologischen Landbau; Änderung §§ 18 und 19 Futtermittelgesetz, § 4 Verfütterungsverbotsgesetz, §§ 21, 53 und 54 Lebensmittel- und Bedarfsgegenständegesetz sowie der §§ 94a und 97 Agrarstatistikgesetz.
