Summary
<b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Vorgaben des europäischen Gemeinschaftsrechts <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Umsetzung von Vorgaben des europäischen Gemeinschaftsrechts im Vorgriff auf die für 2003 geplante gründliche Überarbeitung des Telekommunikationsgesetzes: Anspruch der Telefonkunden auf Betreibervorauswahl oder Betreiberwahl bei jedem Anruf, Ermächtigungsgrundlage für die Erhebung von Telekommunikationsbeiträgen von den Unternehmen am Markt zur Deckung des laufenden Aufwands der Regulierungsbehörde für Telekommunikation und Post; Änderung der §§ 3 und 43, Einfügung § 72a Telekommunikationsgesetz. Den öffentlichen Haushalten entstehen keine Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Begrenzung des Gesetzentwurfs auf die zwingend erforderlichen Veränderungen aus dem EU-Recht, Wegfall des neuen § 72a TKG (Erhebung eines Telekommunikationsbeitrages). <br><br><b>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</b> Angemessene Beteiligung des vom Nutzer ausgewählten Netzbetreibers an den Kosten für den Teilnehmeranschluss. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Rechtsangleichung in der EU/Anpassung von Regelungen des Telekommunikationsgesetzes an EU-Vorgaben * Fernsprechverkehr/ Anspruch des Telefonkunden auf Betreibervorauswahl oder Betreiberauswahl
