<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch E023 und E031 <br><br><b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Richtlinie 2001/EG des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom ... zur Änderung der Richtlinie 97/67/EG im Hinblick auf die weitere Liberalisierung des Marktes für Postdienste in der Gemeinschaft <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung der §§ 30, 49 und 51 Postgesetz: Absenkung der Gewichts- und Preisgrenze des durch die gesetzliche Exklusivlizenz reservierten Bereichs auf 100 Gramm sowie Freigabe der abgehenden grenzüberschreitenden Briefbeförderung zum 1. Januar 2003, weitere Beschränkung des Exklusivrechts auf 50 Gramm bzw. das Zweieinhalbfache des Grundpreises zum 1. Januar 2006, damit Anpassung des nationalen Rechtsrahmens an die weitere Liberalisierung des Marktes für Postdienste in der Gemeinschaft.
