<b>Bezug:</b> Internationales Kaffee-Übereinkommen von 1994, BGBl II 1996, S. 171 (s. GESTA 13.WP 1-E04) Beschluss des Internationalen Kaffeerats vom 28.9.2000 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Ratifikation des in New York am 25.9.2001 von der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unterzeichneten Internationalen Kaffee-Übereinkommens von 2001: Fortbestand der Internationalen Kaffee-Organisation, Regelungen über Gremien und deren Aufgaben und Befugnisse, Finanzfragen, Förderung der internationalen Zusammenarbeit auf dem Kaffeesektor, Konsultationen zwischen Erzeuger- und Verbraucherländern, Verbesserung der Transparenz auf dem Weltkaffeemarkt; Laufzeit des neuen Übereinkommens sechs Jahre. Der Jahresbeitrag der Bundesrepublik Deutschland beträgt 2001 1,033 Mio.
