<b>Bezug:</b> Entscheidung des Bundesverwaltungsgerichts zu personenbezogenen Informationen von Personen der Zeitgeschichte in Stasi-Unterlagen vom 8. März 2002 (3C 46.01) Siehe auch B007 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Aufhebung § 14, Änderung § 32, Einfügung § 32a Stasi-Unterlagen- Gesetz: Wegfall des Anspruchs auf Anonymisierung bzw. Löschung von personenbezogenen Informationen, Sicherstellung der Zugänglichkeit von Informationen zu Personen der Zeitgeschichte und Amtsträgern für die Forschung, Einführung eines Benachrichtigungsverfahrens. Es entstehen keine zusätzlichen Kosten. Änderungen aufgrund von Änderungsanträgen zur 2. Beratung: Änderung § 32 Stasi-Unterlagengesetz: Ausschluss von Informationen, die erkennbar auf einer schweren Menschenrechtsverletzung beruhen, von der Herausgabe und Veröffentlichung.
