<b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Rebenpflanzgutrichtlinie 68/1993/EWG, Änderungsrichtlinie 2002/11/EG (ABl. EG Nr. L 53, 23.02.2002, S. 20) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung versch. §§, Einfügung § 50a Saatgutverkehrsgesetz: Anpassung an aktuelle EG-rechtliche Vorschriften im Bereich der Erzeugung von Rebenpflanzgut, u.a. Definition des Begriffs "Klon", Erstellung einer Liste der amtlich zur Anerkennung zugelassenen Klone von Rebsorten, Anpassung des Antragsverfahrens für die Zulassung von Rebsorten sowie Vorschriften für die Sortenerhaltung; weitere Änderungen zur Anpassung an aktuelle Erkenntnisse und Entwicklungen beim Inverkehrbringen von Saatgut; Neufassungsermächtigung.
