Europäische Impulse: Übereinkommen vom 17.10.2000 über die Anwendung des Artikels 65 des Europäischen Patentübereinkommens (EPÜ) s. XC004 Inhalt: Wegfall des Erfordernisses der Übersetzung der Patentschrift in die deutsche Sprache (gem. Art 65 Abs. 1 EPÜ) sowie des Gebührentatbestandes für die Veröffentlichung der Übersetzung durch das Deutsche Patent- und Markenamt; Aufhebung Artikel II § 3 Gesetz über internationale Patentübereinkommen sowie von zwei einschlägigen Verordnungen, Änderung des Gebührenverzeichnisses des Patentkostengesetzes. Den öffentlichen Haushalten entstehen keine Kosten.
