Bezug: Prüfung des internationalen und nationalen Datenbedarfs im Eisen- und Stahlbereich sowie in der Nichteisenmetallwirtschaft Europäische Impulse: Auslaufen des EGKS-Vertrages am 23. Juli 2003 Inhalt: Umsetzung reduzierter nationaler und europäischer Statistikanforderungen: Wegfall aller fachstatistischen Erhebungen im NE-Metallbereich, deutliche Beschränkung der Anzahl der zu erhebenden Merkmale und Verlängerung von Erhebungszeiträumen im Eisen- und Stahlbereich; Außerkrafttreten des Rohstoffstatistikgesetzes vom 15. Dezember 1989, der Verordnung zum Rohstoffstatistikgesetz vom 28. Oktober 1993 und der Zweiten Verordnung zum Rohstoffstatistikgesetz vom 30. April 1996. Die Kosteneinsparungen der öffentlichen Haushalte (Statistisches Bundesamt und Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle) betragen jährlich ca. 410.000 Euro.
