<b>Bezug:</b> Bemerkungen des Bundesrechnungshofs im Jahr 2001 Nr. 5 (BT Drs. 14/ 7018) zum Lastenausgleich; Forderung des Rechnungsprüfungsausschusses des Haushaltsausschusses des Deutschen Bundestages (29. Sitzung vom 25. Januar 2002) nach Auflösung des Ausgleichsfonds bis Ende 2004 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Auflösung des Ausgleichsfonds bis Ende 2004 und Abschaffung der Vertreter der Interessen des Ausgleichsfonds; Änderung versch. §§ Lastenausgleichsgesetz, §§ 2 und 3 Gesetz zur Einführung von Vorschriften des Ausgleichsrechts im Saarland, § 6 Erste Verordnung über Ausgleichsleistungen nach dem Lastenausgleichsgesetz und § 23 Feststellungsgesetz, Aufhebung §§ 41, 47 und 48 sowie Änderung § 56 Reparationsschädengesetz, Änderung §§ 10, 11, 15 und 28 Wertpapierbereinigungsschlussgesetz. Bund und Länder erzielen jährliche Einsparungen von etwa 5.000 Euro. <br><br><b>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</b> Vereinfachung der Abwicklung der Kriegsschadenrente durch Festschreibung der leistungsbeeinflussenden Merkmale zum 1. Januar 2006, Wegfall weiterer überholter bzw. verwaltungsaufwändiger Regelungen, Verlagerung von Zuständigkeiten auf das Bundesausgleichsamt; Änderung § 15, Einfügung § 16a Flüchtlingshilfegesetz. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Ausgleichsfonds gem. Lastenausgleichsgesetz/Auflösung des Ausgleichsfonds durch 34. ÄndGLAG * Saarland/Änderung §§ 2 und 3 LA- EG-Saar betr.
