<b>Bezug:</b> Modifizierte Fassung des in der 14. WP auf BR zu Drs. 1078/01 (BT Drs. 14/8222) eingebrachten Gesetzentwurfs, der seinerzeit nicht zu Ende beraten wurde (s. GESTA 14. WP 2b-H006) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung versch. §§, Anfügung § 14 MAD-Gesetz: Ermächtigung des Militärischen Abschirmdienstes (MAD) zum Schutz der Einsatzbereitschaft der Truppe und des Bundeswehrkontingents bei besonderen Auslandsverwendungen tätig zu werden, Nutzung personenbezogener Daten aus dem Personalführungs- und Informationssystem der Bundeswehr. Den öffentlichen Haushalten entstehen keine zusätzlichen Kosten. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Auslandseinsatz der Bundeswehr/Verwendung des MAD zum Schutz der Truppe bei Auslandsverwendungen
