<b>Bezug:</b> Gesetz zum Einstieg in die ökologische Steuerreform vom 24.3.1999, BGBl I 1999, Nr. 14 S. 378 (s. GESTA 14. WP 1-D003), Gesetz zur Fortführung der ökologischen Steuerreform vom 16.12.1999, BGBl I 2000, Nr. 14 S. 440 (s. GESTA 14. WP 1-D029) Umsetzung der Koalitionsvereinbarung vom 16. Oktober 2002 im Bereich der Energiesteuern <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Abschmelzung der für Unternehmen des Produzierenden Gewerbes und der Landwirtschaft aus Wettbewerbsgründen geschaffenen Steuerbegünstigungen, Orientierung der Mineralölsteuer für Erdgas bei einer Verwendung als Heizstoff am Energiegehalt, Anpassung der Mineralölsteuer für Flüssiggas und schweres Heizöl, Erhöhung des ermäßigten Stromsteuersatzes für Nachtspeicherheizungen, Verlängerung der bis Ende 2002 befristeten Steuerbegünstigung für Mineralöle zur Beheizung von Gewächshäusern um zwei Jahre, Verlängerung der bis Ende 2009 befristeten Steuerermäßigung für Erdgas als Kraftstoff bis Ende 2020; Änderung versch. §§ Mineralölsteuergesetz, der §§ 2, 3 und 10 Stromsteuergesetz sowie der §§ 1, 16, 17 und 18 Stromsteuer-Durchführungsverordnung. Das Gesetz führt ab 2003 zu jährlichen Steuermehreinnahmen in Höhe von ca. 1,4 Mrd. Euro, die sich ab 2007 nochmals erhöhen. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Minderung der Belastung für den Unterglasgartenbau. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Mineralölsteuergesetz/Änderung versch. §§ MinöStG betr. ökologische Steuerreform * Stromsteuergesetz/Änderung §§ 2, 3 und 10 StromStG betr. ökologische Steuerreform * Stromsteuer-Durchführungsverordnung/ Änderung §§ 1, 16, 17 und 18 StromStV betr. ökologische Steuerreform
