<b>Bezug:</b> Beschlussempfehlung des Vermittlungsausschusses auf BT Drs. 15/2259 (Einfügung § 6a SGB II) zum Vierten Gesetz für moderne Dienstleistungen am Arbeitsmarkt (Hartz IV) vom 24.12.2003, BGBl I, Nr. 66 S. 2954 (s. E036) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Möglichkeit der Ausführung von Aufgaben der Agenturen für Arbeit gem. 2. Buch Sozialgesetzbuch (Arbeitslosengeld II) durch die Kommunen, organisatorische Zuordnung der benannten kommunalen Stellen als Organe der Bundesagentur für Arbeit, Finanzierung durch den Bund; Änderung und Ergänzung versch. §§ 2. Buch Sozialgesetzbuch sowie in weiteren 14 Gesetzen und Verordnungen. Das Gesetz hat keine direkten finanziellen Auswirkungen. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Klarstellung u.a. beim Kindergeld, Pflichtleistungen für Behinderte und Überbrückungsgeld, Abgrenzung der Leistungen gem. 2. Buch und 3. Buch Sozialgesetzbuch, Datenschutzregelungen; Änderung § 6a Bundeskindergeldgesetz. <br><br><b>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</b> Experimentierklausel zur Zulassung von maximal 69 kommunalen Trägern der Leistungen der Grundsicherung für Arbeitsuchende für zunächst sechs Jahre, Kostenübernahme in Höhe von 3,2 Mrd.
