<b>Inhalt:</b> Festschreibung der Deutschen Welle als Organ des deutschen Auslandsrundfunks, Neufassung der Ziele des Senders, insbesondere Darstellung Deutschlands in seiner kulturellen Vielfalt, Neuregelung des Jugendmedienschutzes, Aktualisierung des Programmauftrags, Stärkung der Rundfunkautonomie durch Selbstregulierung und Evaluation, gesetzliche Fundierung der Online-Angebote im Internet, Kooperation mit ARD, ZDF und anderen Sendern (German-TV), Planungssicherheit bei der Finanzierung; Änderung zahlreicher §§ Deutsche-Welle-Gesetz, Neufassungsermächtigung.
