<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch E063 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Abgrenzung des Wohngeldes von den Transferleistungssystemen: Unwirksamkeit eines Wohngeld-Bewilligungsbescheids bei Berücksichtigung eines als Empfänger von Transferleistungen vom Wohngeld ausgeschlossenen Familienmitglieds bei der Berechnung des Wohngeldes, Regelung von Mitteilungspflichten und Datenabgleich, Definition des Begriffs des Mischhaushalts von Nicht- Transferleistungs- und Transferleistungsempfängern, redaktionelle Klarstellungen und Anpassungen im Einkommenskatalog des Wohnraumförderungsgesetzes; Änderung versch. §§ Wohngeldgesetz und weiterer fünf Gesetze, Aufhebung Wohngeldsondergesetz und Verordnung zur Änderung der Anlagen 1 bis 5 des Wohngeldsondergesetzes. Es entstehen nicht quantifizierbare Kosten und Einsparungen. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Erweiterung der Möglichkeiten des Datenabgleichs um zwei Tatbestände (Einkommenserhöhung durch Arbeitsaufnahme, Umzug der gesamten Familie). <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Transferleistung/Ausschluss von Transferleistungsempfängern vom Wohngeld * Wohngeld/Ausschluss von Transferleistungsempfängern vom Wohngeld * Hartz IV/Änderung Art. 16 und 25 sowie Aufhebung Art. 11a 4.
