<b>Bezug:</b> Übereinkommen 146 der Internationalen Arbeitsorganisation (ILO) über den bezahlten Jahresurlaub der Seeleute, ILO-Übereinkommen 166 über die Heimschaffung der Seeleute (beide Übereinkommen als Bestandteil des Entwurfs für ein konsolidiertes Seearbeitsübereinkommen, das bei der Internationalen Arbeitsorganisation in Genf beraten wird) Beschluss des Bundesverfassungsgerichts vom 12. Oktober 2004 (1 BvR 2130/98) zum Unterschriftenquorum für Wahlvorschläge im Mitbestimmungsgesetz Siehe auch E070 und E071 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Anpassung der Regelungen über den gesetzlichen Mindestlohn für Seeleute an die Vorgaben des ILO-Übereinkommens 146, Neugestaltung und Ergänzung der Anspruchsvoraussetzungen für die Rückbeförderung (nunmehr Heimschaffung) von Seeleuten, die im Ausland unvorhergesehen das Schiff verlassen müssen (gem. ILO-Übereinkommen 166); Änderung versch. §§, Aufhebung § 137 Seemannsgesetz, Aufhebung des Gesetzes betreffend die Verpflichtung der Kauffahrteischiffe zur Mitnahme heimzuschaffender Seeleute. Den öffentlichen Haushalten entstehen keine Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Titeländerung (eingebracht als: Viertes Gesetz zur Änderung des Seemannsgesetzes); Anspruch von Seeleuten auf ausreichende und zweckmäßige Krankenfürsorge auf Kosten des Reeders; Änderung §§ 287 und 434d 3. Buch Sozialgesetzbuch: Übergangsregelung zur finanziellen Förderung von Vollzeitmaßnahmen der beruflichen Weiterbildung (insbesondere in den Gesundheitsfachberufen); Änderung § 12 Mitbestimmungsgesetz und § 10 Montan- Mitbestimmungsergänzungsgesetz: Herabsetzung der beim Unterschriftenquorum für Wahlvorschläge erforderlichen Unterschriftenzahl. <br><br><b>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</b> Weitere vollständige Förderung dreijähriger Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen in Gesundheitsfachberufen durch die BA bis Ende 2005, danach bei Altenpflegeberufen im dritten Umschulungsjahr Erstattung der Weiterbildungskosten durch den Ausbildungsträger. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Seeleute/Mindesturlaub für Seeleute, Heimschaffung von Seeleuten * Sozialgesetzbuch III/Änderung §§ 287 und 434d SGB III betr.
