<b>Bezug:</b> Drittes Gesetz zur Änderung der Handwerksordnung und anderer handwerksrechtlicher Vorschriften s. E027 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Anpassungen aufgrund der Änderungen der Handwerksordnung und Entlastung der Auskunftspflichtigen durch Vermeidung statistischer Erhebungen; weitere Einbeziehung der nunmehr zulassungsfreien Handwerke in die Auswertung des Statistikregisters, umfangreichere und erleichterte Verwendung der den Statistischen Ämtern bereits vorliegenden Daten, Zulassung der Übermittlung ausgewählter Daten über Unternehmen an die abgeschottete Kommunalstatistik; Änderung §§ 5 und 8, Anfügung § 9 Statistikregistergesetz, Folgeänderungen im Bundesstatistikgesetz, Handwerkstatistikgesetz und Verwaltungsdatenverwendungsgesetz sowie in Anlage D Handwerksordnung. Den öffentlichen Haushalten entstehen keine zusätzlichen Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Einfügung § 3a: Zusammenarbeit der statistischen Ämter, Änderung §§ 4, 7 und 16, Aufhebung § 27 (Berlin-Klausel) Bundesstatistikgesetz. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Handwerksstatistik/Weitere Einbeziehung der zulassungsfreien Handwerke in die Auswertung des Statistikregisters * Bundesstatistikgesetz/Änderung versch. §§, Einfügung § 3a BStatG betr. Statistikregistergesetz * Handwerkstatistikgesetz/Änderung § 1 HwStatG betr. Statistikregistergesetz * Verwaltungsdatenverwendungsgesetz/Änderung §§ 1, 2 und 3 VwDVG betr.
