Bezug: Forderungen des Bundesrats (BR Drs. 118/03 (Beschluss)) und des Ausschusses für Verbraucherschutz, Ernährung und Landwirtschaft Siehe auch F003 Europäische Impulse: Richtlinie 2004/28/EG vom 31. März 2004 zur Änderung der Richtlinie 2001/82/EG zur Schaffung eines Gemeinschaftskodex für Tierarzneimittel (ABl. EG Nr. L 136, 30.04.2004, S. 58) Inhalt: Änderung und Ergänzung versch. §§ Arzneimittelgesetz: Erleichterung einer praxisgerechten Versorgung von Tierbeständen mit Arzneimitteln, Erleichterung der Abgabe von Teilmengen aus Arzneimittelpackungen, Umwidmungskaskade zur Umsetzung der Richtlinie 2004/28/EG, Abschaffung des Abgabeverbots umgewidmeter Arzneimittel, Regelung zum Import, Einsetzung einer Kommission im Zusammenhang mit den angepassten Abgaberegelungen; Neufassungsermächtigung. Es entstehen jährliche Kosten in Höhe von 7000 Euro. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Änderung und Ergänzung weiterer §§ Arzneimittelgesetz, Einfügung § 69b betr. Verwendung der nach der Viehverkehrsverordnung erhobenen Daten. Nebenschlagwörter: Tierarzneimittel/Erleichterung der Versorgung mit Tierarzneimitteln * Rechtsangleichung in der EU/Umsetzung der Richtlinie 2004/28/EG betr. Tierarzneimittel
