<b>Bezug:</b> Nichteinhaltung der freiwilligen Selbstverpflichtung im Corporate Governance Kodex Der Gesetzentwurf ist textidentisch mit der Regierungsvorlage auf BR Drs. 398/04 C145 Siehe auch C143 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Verpflichtung börsennotierter Unternehmen, im Rahmen des Jahres- bzw. Konzernabschlusses individuelle Vorstandsvergütungen (Managergehälter) offenzulegen, Möglichkeit der Ablehnung der Offenlegung durch drei Viertel des vertretenen Grundkapitals auf der Hauptversammlung; Änderung versch. §§ Handelsgesetzbuch, Anfügung Art. 59 Einführungsgesetz zum Handelsgesetzbuch.
