<b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung § 78b Strafgesetzbuch: Ruhen der strafrechtlichen Verjährungsfrist bei Ersuchen an einen ausländischen Staat um Auslieferung eines Straftäters bis zur Auslieferung oder Rücknahme des Ersuchens.
