<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch C012, C048, C119, C126 und C128 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Beseitigung von Rechtsunsicherheiten bei der DNA-Analyse, Streichung des Richtervorbehalts, keine Notwendigkeit einer gerichtlichen Entscheidung bei Einwilligung der Betroffenen, freiwillige Reihengentests nach vorheriger richterlicher Entscheidung, Eilkompetenz der Staatsanwaltschaft für die Anordnung der Entnahme von Körperzellen, generelle Möglichkeit der DNA-Analyse bei Serientätern, Benachrichtigung und Rechtsschutzmöglichkeiten in Umwidmungsfällen; Änderung §§ 81f und 81g, Einfügung § 81h Strafprozessordnung, Einfügung § 11 Einführungsgesetz zur Strafprozessordnung.
