Summary
<span>Förderung von Erstinvestitionsvorhaben der Jahre 2010 bis 2013 in Betrieben des verarbeitenden Gewerbes, der produktionsnahen Dienstleistungen und des Beherbergungsgewerbes in den neuen Ländern und Berlin, erhöhte Förderung von KMU gem. Empfehlung der EU-Kommission, jährliche Minderung des Fördersatzes<br /> <br /> Den öffentlichen Haushalten entstehen Kosten zwischen 770 Mio. Euro (2012) und 90 Mio. Euro (2015). Einzelheiten sind aus dem beigefügten Finanztableau ersichtlich.<br /> <br /> <strong>Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: </strong>Titeländerung (eingebracht als: Investitionszulagengesetz 2010); Erhalt der Förderfähigkeit bestimmter handwerklicher Dienstleistungen, Fortführung der Förderung im D-Fördergebiet von Berlin auch im Jahr 2009 und fließender Übergang zum Investitionszulagengesetz 2010 durch Anpassung an die neue EU-Gruppenfreistellungsverordnung;<br /> ursprünglicher Titel <strong>Investitionszulagengesetz 2010 </strong>(InvZulG 2010) als Art. 1 der Vorlage, Änderung § 5a Investitionszulagengesetz 2007<br /> <br /> Den öffentlichen Haushalten entstehen Kosten zwischen 790 Mio. Euro (2012) und 95 Mio. Euro (2015). Einzelheiten sind aus dem beigefügten Finanztableau ersichtlich.<br /> <br /> <strong>Europäische Impulse: </strong>Geplante und im August 2008 in Kraft getretene EU-Gruppenfreistellungsverordnung</span>
