<span>Präzisierung der Kernanforderungen an die Untersuchungen zur Sicherheit von Flugzeugen aus Drittstaaten: Anpassung des Normverweises auf die geänderte Fassung des entsprechenden Anhangs der europäischen Richtlinie;</span><span><br /> Änderung § 29 Luftverkehrsgesetz<br /> <br /> Den öffentlichen Haushalten entstehen keine Kosten.<br /> <br /> <span><span style="font-weight: bold;">Europäische Impulse:</span> Neufassung des Anhang II der Richtlinie (EG) 36/2004 über die Sicherheit von Luftfahrzeugen aus Drittstaaten, die Flughäfen in der Gemeinschaft anfliegen (ABl. EG Nr. L 63, 12.03.1999, S. 6) durch die Richtlinie (EG) 49/2008 zur Änderung von Anhang II der Richtlinie 2004/36/EG des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates in Bezug auf die Kriterien für die Durchführung von Vorfeldinspektionen an Luftfahrzeugen, die Flughäfen in der Gemeinschaft anfliegen (ABl. EG Nr. L 109 vom 19.4.2008, S. 17)</span></span>
