<span>Abbau von Bürokratie und Überregulierung insbesondere für KMU durch Vereinfachung oder Abschaffung nicht mehr zeitgemäßer Vorschriften;<br /> Änderung von 20 Gesetzen und vier Rechtsverordnungen sowie Aufhebung von fünf Rechtsverordnungen; Bekanntmachungserlaubnis Handwerkstatistikgesetz und Milch- und Margarinegesetz<br /> <br /> Insgesamt ist von einer in ihrer Größenordnung noch nicht abschätzbaren Entlastung der öffentlichen Haushalte auszugehen.
