Umsetzung verwaltungsverfahrensrechtlicher Bestimmungen der EU-Dienstleistungsrichtlinie: Abwicklung von - für die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen notwendigen - Verwaltungsverfahren über eine einheitliche Stelle (einen &bdquo;einheitlichen Ansprechpartner“) mit besonderen Informationspflichten, elektronische Abwicklung des Verfahrens auf Wunsch des Dienstleisters, Einführung von Regelungen über die Genehmigungsfiktion; Änderung versch. §§ Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetz, § 13 SGB X, §§ 43 und 47 Personenstandsgesetz, § 19 Konsulargesetz, § 73a Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung, §§ 76 und 164a Steuerberatungsgesetz, versch. §§ Gesetz zur vorläufigen Regelung des Rechts der Industrie- und Handelskammern, §§ 5b, 91 und 106 Handwerksordnung sowie § 8 Luftverkehrsgesetz, Bekanntmachungserlaubnis Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetz Den öffentlichen Haushalten entstehen keine Kosten. Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: Verbesserung der rechtsverbindlichen elektronischen Zustellung von Dokumenten; Änderung §§ 2, 5 und 9 Verwaltungszustellungsgesetz Europäische Impulse: Dienstleistungsrichtlinie (ABl. EG Nr. L 376, 27.12.2006, S. 36)
