Rücknahme, Strafbewehrung des Täuschungsverhaltens im Einbürgerungsverfahren; Einfügung § 42 Staatsangehörigkeitsgesetz Bezug: Bundesverfassungsgerichtsurteile zur Rücknahme einer Einbürgerung (2 BvR 669/04) und zum Wegfall der deutschen Staatsangehörigkeit eines Kindes infolge erfolgreicher Vaterschaftsanfechtung (2 BvR 696/04), Bundesverwaltungsgerichtsurteil mit Empfehlung an Gesetzgeber zur Berücksichtigung der Auswirkung der Rücknahmeentscheidung auf den Jus-Soli-Erwerb des Kindes der täuschenden Person (1C 20.05); Empfehlung der Sachverständigen einer Anhörung zum Staatsangehörigkeitsrecht im Innenausschuss am 10.12.2007; Siehe auch B063
