Summary
<span>Umsetzung der EU-INSPIRE-Richtlinie auf Bundesebene: Schaffung einer Geodateninfrastruktur in der EG als Instrument zur Vereinfachung von Zugang und Nutzung von Geodaten für Bürger, Verwaltung und Wirtschaft bei enger Verbindung zur in Deutschland im Aufbau befindlichen Geodateninfrastruktur GDI-DE, Gewährleistung von Interoperationalität auf lokaler, regionaler und nationaler Ebene;<br /> Verordnungsermächtigung<br /> <br /> Durch die von Bund und Ländern zu erfüllenden Berichts- und Informationspflichten gegenüber der EU-Kommission entstehen gemeinsam zu tragende Kosten von 200.000 Euro pro Jahr. Darüber hinaus für den Bund anfallende Kosten lassen sich noch nicht quantifizieren.<br /> <br /> <strong>Europäische Impulse: </strong>Richtlinie 2007/2/EG des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 14. März 2007 zur Schaffung einer Geodateninfrastruktur in der Europäischen Gemeinschaft (INSPIRE-Richtlinie, ABl. EG Nr. L 108, 25.04.2007, S. 1)</span>
