Nationales Stützungsprogramm für den Weinsektor zur Durchführung der EG-Verordnung 479/2008: unterstützende Einzelmaßnahmen des Bundes und der Länder bei der Absatzförderung, der Verwendung von rektifiziertem Traubenmostkonzentrat, bei Ernteversicherungen und Investitionen; Änderung versch. §§ Weingesetz, Verordnungsermächtigung Den öffentlichen Haushalten entstehen keine Kosten. Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: Reduzierung der einmaligen Förderung für rektifiziertes Traubenmostkonzentrat von 5 Mio. Euro auf 4 Mio. Euro Europäische Impulse: Verordnung (EG) 479/2008 über die gemeinsame Marktorganisation für Wein, zur Änderung der Verordnungen (EG) Nr. 1493/1999, (EG) Nr. 1782/2003, (EG) Nr. 1290/2005, (EG) Nr. 3/2008 und zur Aufhebung der Verordnungen (EWG) Nr. 2392/86 und (EG) Nr. 1493/1999 (ABl.
