Bereitstellung von Mitteln in Höhe von 368 Mio. Euro für die im Wirtschaftsplan genannten Förderzwecke, Vergabe von zinsgünstigen Darlehen und Beteiligungskapital im Volumen von rd. 4 Mrd. Euro insbes. an mittelständische Unternehmen und Freiberufler Abgesehen vom Verwaltungsaufwand beim Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Arbeit entstehen keine Vollzugskosten. Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses: Erhöhung des Zusagevolumens auf 4,8 Mrd. Euro zur Umsetzung des Maßnahmenpakets der Bundesregierung "Beschäftigungssicherung durch Wachstumsstärkung", Schaffung zusätzlicher Kreditmöglichkeiten für die Mittelstandsförderung, besondere Berücksichtigung des Umweltbereichs Für die Aufstockung der drei ERP-Programme sind aus dem Epl 09 insgesamt 19 Mio. Euro für 2009 sowie weitere 161 Mio. Euro Verpflichtungsermächtigungen bis 2019 vorgesehen. Bezug: Siehe auch E007, E024 und E031
