Summary

Anpassung der Bundesbeteiligung an Leistungen der Kommunen für Unterkunft und Heizung bei der Grundsicherung für Arbeitsuchende für das Jahr 2009; Änderung § 46 Zweites Buch Sozialgesetzbuch Die Festlegung führt zu einer Mehrbelastung des Bundeshaushaltes in Höhe von rd. 3,2 Mrd. Euro, die jedoch einer Entlastung um 0,7 Mrd. Euro gegenüber dem Haushaltssoll 2008 von 3,9 Mrd. Euro entspricht. In den Folgejahren hängt die Belastung von der Entwicklung der Zahl der Bedarfsgemeinschaften ab. Die Kommunen werden entlastet. Bezug: Siehe auch G004, G017, G027 und G028 sowie G049 und G050
